Severe Slowdown Across Moonami Shared Infrastructure

At approximately 1:36pm ET, general slowdowns across Moonami Shared Infrastructure began triggering alerts for our staff. Upon investigation the cause was determined to be an overloaded database backup. The backup was cancelled, and speeds returned to normal within 5 minutes. We are closely monitoring the situation and doing a deep dive on the root cause of the backup failure.
